For one night only, we’re welcoming Flagstone Wines to Radisson Blu Durham for an evening of fine dining paired with some of South Africa’s most distinctive wines.
Gerhard Swart, Head Winemaker at Flagstone, will join us to talk through each wine as it’s poured: where it comes from, how it’s made and why it is paired with each course. It’s a relaxed, sociable evening for anyone who enjoys good food and good wine and wants to know a little more about what’s in their glass.
