- The Promoter is Radisson Blu Hotel Durham, Frankland Lane, Durham, DH1 5TA ("the Promoter").
- Eligibility. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the draw.
- No purchase necessary. Entry is free. Internet access is required to enter.
- How to enter. To enter, sign up to the Radisson Blu Hotel Durham email newsletter via the entry page at radissonblu.com/durham-win before the closing date, providing your name and email address and ticking the entry consent box. One entry per person. Bulk, automated or third-party entries will be disqualified.
- Opening and closing dates. The draw opens at July 13th 2027 on and closes at 11.59pm on January 31st 2027. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
- The prize. One winner will receive a "Discover Durham" weekend break for two people, comprising:
- Two nights' accommodation for two adults sharing a Junior Suite with river view, on a bed & breakfast basis, at Radisson Blu Hotel Durham;
- Welcome drinks for two on arrival;
- Dinner for two at Jozef's restaurant on one evening of the stay (three courses from the à la carte menu, excluding drinks)
- One spa treatment per person (from a selected treatment menu including massage and facials)
- A guided tour of Durham Cathedral for two.
- Prize conditions. a. The prize must be booked in advance, is subject to availability, and must be taken within 6 months of the draw date. b. The prize is for two adults aged 18 or over sharing one room. c. Travel to and from the hotel, and any expenses not listed above (including additional drinks, treatments, room service and incidentals), are not included and are the responsibility of the winner. d. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part. If, due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, any element of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value.
- Winner selection. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries by a computer-generated random draw process within 7 days of the closing date.
- Winner notification. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw and must respond to confirm acceptance within 14 days. If the winner does not respond within this period, or is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.
- Publicity. The surname and county of the winner will be made available on request to anyone who emails Radisson Hotel Durham within one month of the closing date. The winner may object to their surname and county being made available by contacting the Promoter, in which case this information may still be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- Data protection. Personal data provided on entry will be used to administer the prize draw and, where consent has been given, to send the Radisson Blu Hotel Durham email newsletter. Data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Promoter's Privacy Policy at https://radissonbludurham.com/privacy-policy/ Entrants may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, including before the draw takes place, without affecting their entry.
- General. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not received due to technical failures beyond its reasonable control. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- This promotion is administered in accordance with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code), Section 8.
